ONE YOU x Stephanie Purdy

Meet Stephanie. Business owner, professional coach and instructor. As an involved member of our community, Steph may be a familiar face! If not, read below to get to know her a little better. Catch her wearing all things One Tooth!

Q: What is your profession?

A: I am the Owner as well as a Coach and Team Leader at Purdy Ideal You, a Wellness Clinic located at 911 Michigan Avenue in Point Edward. On top of time spent in our Clinic supporting clients etc. I also am a GROOVE Facilitator.   GROOVE is a deliciously fun dance inspired class that is for literally everyone.  As the saying goes…”If you can move you can GROOVE”.

Q: What is it about One Tooth apparel that you think fits you and your lifestyle best?

A: So much of what draws me to One Tooth apparel is the fact that is it multi functional.  I own many pieces that can be dressed up or down; things that I can wear to a GROOVE class and then head back to the office or out to lunch or dinner.  Many of my pieces from One Tooth are also interchangeable, so when I travel I can pack light(er) but still have clothes that fit the many facets of my life.  Oh…and the fact that they not only look good but are exceptionally comfortable doesn’t hurt either (insert winky face here) ;)

Q: What is one thing you do to remain authentic in your day-to-day life?

A: I surround myself with great people, limit my time on Social Media, try to expose myself regularly to good doses of Perspective and do my best to live the mantra of “What other people think is none of your business!"

Brilliant job capturing the many facets of one of my favourite friends…great photography as well. Our community is so very fortunate to have One Tooth to help celebrate our local success stories and promote community collaboration… and did I mention they have dynamite activewear and irrestible inventory?
